Built by Commodore J. T. Watkins in 1866, this elegant Carpenter Gothic Victorian is the oldest house in Atherton. Before restoration could begin, Fulwiler/James had to cut the house into two pieces, move it by truck to its new location, and carefully reassemble the two halves on their new foundation.
